Alain M. Leclerc is a patent and trademark agent and intellectual property lawyer. He advises, guides and represents clients in connection with intellectual property asset protection, with particular emphasis on drafting and obtaining patents.

Simon Hitchens practices in all areas of trademark and copyright law, with a particular focus on brand protection. Simon regularly assists clients with trademark prosecution, portfolio management, the development of brand protection strategies and trademark opposition and expungement proceedings. He also advises on enforcement of rights including trademark and copyright litigation, licensing of IP rights and conducting due diligence for the disposition of intellectual property.

Jean-Philippe practises technology and intellectual property law.  He combines in-depth knowledge and strategic thinking to help companies in the software, entertainment, consumer products, natural resources, social networks, online services, e-commerce and manufacturing industries. He expertly acts for numerous companies as a trademark agent and advises them on their global trademark strategy.

Lina is a lawyer in Fasken’s intellectual property group in the Montreal office. She advises and represents clients in a wide range of copyright, trademark and regulatory matters, namely in the health and pharmaceutical industry. She also regularly assists corporations with strategic counselling in intellectual property and technology in mergers and acquisitions.

Isabelle Kalar joined the Fasken team in 2020 after completing her combined J.D./Bachelor of Law at Université de Montréal. She is now working on a Master’s degree in Comparative Law in intellectual property.
