Isabelle Kalar joined the Fasken team in 2020 after completing her combined J.D./Bachelor of Law at Université de Montréal. She is now working on a Master’s degree in Comparative Law in intellectual property.
Eric Saragosa advises clients in the life sciences industry on a range of matters, including regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and intellectual property.
Eliane Ellbogen is an intellectual property lawyer with a focus on information technology. She advises and represents clients in complex, high-profile patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters. She is frequently called upon to litigate IP cases. She also handles the IP component of transactions involving IT companies.
John is a senior partner who Chairs the firm’s Technology practice group, and was Co-Founder of the Outsourcing practice group. His practice is focused on technology, outsourcing and procurement and privacy law matters.
Brian is a Trademark Agent Trainee in our Montreal Office who has worked in various positions in the field of Intellectual Property since 1999. He joined Fasken in 2013 and will write the registered trademark agent qualifying examination in November.
