Nicolas Charest graduated from McGill University with a joint civil law and common law degree and a minor in art history. He also studied abroad at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Université de Reims. He joined Fasken during the summer of 2017.
Demetre Vasilounis assists clients with a variety of wealth management and estate and family planning issues. Demetre regularly drafts wills, powers of attorney, domestic contracts, deeds of trust, and other documents relevant to succession planning. Demetre’s practice has a specific focus on the management of digital assets, including online accounts, cryptocurrency, and various forms of intellectual property.
Anastasia Reklitis maintains a broad commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice.
Amy Tang is an associate with the Intellectual Property group. She advises and represents clients in connection with intellectual property disputes and drafts proceedings related to copyright, trademark, patent and trade secrets.
Mark Vanderveken advises clients on regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences industry.
Geneviève is a member of the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Groups at the Québec City office. In intellectual property, she advises clients in both litigation and in contract matters in various fields of intellectual property law, including trademarks.
David McLauchlan is an associate within the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He works chiefly in the areas of health and life sciences. He advises clients on drafting and negotiating research agreements, as well as on issues related to regulatory responsibility, ethics and compliance.
Stacey practices copyright litigation and has acted in matters before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Copyright Board. She also works in government relations on copyright law reform and drafts copyright and entertainment law agreements.
