Alexandra is a commercial litigator regularly appearing before various courts and tribunals, including international and domestic commercial and sport arbitration panels, Superior Court of Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), and the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC).

Alessandra Puopolo is an Articling Student in Fasken's Ottawa office.

Aidan O’Neill practices primarily in the fields of copyright, media and communications law. Frequently advising on copyright issues related to the communications, education and media sectors, he has assisted clients with tariff-setting proceedings conducted before the Canadian Copyright Board.

Adele is a graduate of Dalhousie University, Schulich School of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained a Masters Degree in Management from New York University and worked in risk management for US and Canadian financial institutions.

Genevieve joined the Fasken team after completing her third year in the joint BCL/JD program at the McGill Faculty of Law.

Rasmeet Mohar is a corporate/commercial lawyer advising companies in the technology sector on a range of issues, from inception of the business to the growth and procurement phases.

Kiera Boyd practices in the area of communications, with a particular emphasis on copyright.

Kiera graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Political Science at Queen’s University. During her summers throughout school, Kiera worked as an Administrative Assistant at a large national firm, where she was part of the Intellectual Property Team.

Shawn Foster joined the Fasken team as a student in 2021, while completing his third year of law school at Université Laval.

Anne-Sophie Godbout is a lawyer within the Corporate/Commercial group in the Québec City office. As part of her practice, Anne-Sophie advises clients on their various complex commercial issues.
